Reduces insomnia

The bath is as effective as magnesium supplementation! Magnesium deficiency can lead to chronic fatigue, irritability, and insomnia. I opted for a magnesium flake bath before bed to help with my stress-induced insomnia. The flakes, which are small and dissolve easily in water, come in a jar with a measuring spoon. The product contains 100% magnesium chloride and is fragrance-free. I use 1-2 glasses of the flakes per bath at a comfortable temperature of 38-40 degrees. After relaxing for 15-20 minutes, I always feel better. I’ve taken three magnesium baths so far and am delighted with the results. I highly recommend it for anyone experiencing stress or insomnia!

I find this magnesium variant more affordable than dead sea salt but equally effective. The magnesium flakes have been immensely helpful with the aches in my legs and back. Following the instructions, I add a couple of cups to a warm bath. I also suffer from chronic migraines and chronic pain in my legs and shoulders, and this product significantly alleviates those symptoms. Overall, it is a fantastic remedy for my ongoing pain issues.
